三、檢測原理
便攜式生物毒性檢測系統(tǒng)是建立在細菌發(fā)光生物傳感方法基礎上的毒性檢測技術,它能有效地檢測突發(fā)性或破壞性的環(huán)境污染。發(fā)光細菌的發(fā)光過程是菌體內(nèi)一種新陳代謝的生理過程,是光呼吸進程,屬于呼吸鏈上的一個側(cè)支,該光的波長在 490nm 左右。這種發(fā)光過程極易受到外界條件的影響,凡是干擾或損害細菌呼吸或生理過程的任何因素都能使細菌發(fā)光強度發(fā)生變化。當有毒有害物質(zhì)與發(fā)光細菌接觸時,水樣中的毒性物質(zhì)會影響發(fā)光菌的新陳代謝,發(fā)光強度的減弱與樣品毒性物質(zhì)的濃度成正比。

Foreword
ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees.
